Seriously Easy No-Bake Energy Balls

No long life story here! Just simple, easy, 1 bowl, no oven, easily customizable seriously easy no-bake energy balls!

I honestly just eyeball all my ingredients but for the sake of having some sort of guideline for you guys, here you go:

Seriously Easy No-Bake Energy Bites

1 bowl, no oven, and easily customizable!
Prep Time 20 minutes
Course Snack
Servings 15 servings (approximately)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter or other nut butter (or even sunflower butter for no nuts)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips dark, semi-sweet, whatever you like!
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed (flaxseed meal)

Instructions
 

  • Add all measured ingredients into a large bowl.
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Use a tablespoon and scoop out the mixture into your hand.
  • Roll the mixture into a ball.
  • Freeze until set.
  • Store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.

Notes

You can switch up the ingredients and add however much of each to get the consistency you want. You can even add other ingredients into the mix like dried fruit pieces, shredded coconut flakes, try different types of nut butters or nutters (no-nut butter such as sunflower butter), add different types of chocolate chips inside, protein powder, and for the those who are gluten-intolerant, you can use gluten-free oats!
These don't stay for long, so I would eat them within the week and feel free to tweak the recipe. Remember, this is just a guideline!
