In today’s society, being plugged into social media is so helpful, but sometimes we lose track of time and sometimes we miss out on the little things in life that pass us by. While I understand it’s not possible to completely disconnect from media, but maybe just a few minutes, an hour even, just to get back in tune with everything happen physically around us.
I’m so guilty of constantly being active on social media because I feel like I need to be there the moment someone needs me and I always feel that the minute I step away, I’ll miss out! But honestly, the days where I leave my phone in my pocket when I go out for a walk, or sometimes I leave my phone upstairs while I’m downstairs spending time with my loved ones, I feel so refreshed and lighter.

- Which task was the hardest to complete?
- Why was this task the hardest to complete?
- How can you incorporate these little tasks of self-care into your daily life without seeing them as a chore?
